This policy applies to annual and lifetime Stoic Widgets app access purchased through our website from WIDGET WORKS LLP or the merchant of record identified at checkout.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee for a change of mind, non-use, or a forgotten subscription cancellation.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed digital content and any applicable withdrawal rights. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for digital content depends on the consent, acknowledgment, and other conditions required by law; this policy alone does not waive that right.
Where a merchant of record such as Paddle handles your purchase, its applicable buyer terms and refund rules also apply. This policy does not restrict refunds that the merchant must or may issue under those rules.
Cancel an annual subscription before renewal using the management link in your purchase email, or contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access available until the paid period ends; it does not automatically refund the current period.
Lifetime purchases, including a lifetime save offer, are one-time payments with no renewal. The same refund policy applies to both annual and lifetime purchases.

You can also use the support or refund link on your payment receipt. We will review your request under applicable law and the relevant payment-provider rules.
App Store purchases are billed by Apple. Request an App Store refund through Apple's refund service; Apple's terms and applicable law govern those requests.
