Stoic Widgets is provided for personal reflection, quote discovery, reminders, wallpapers, and widget customization.
You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that harms the service or other users.
You can use the app without creating an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for the activity associated with your account on your device.
We may suspend or limit access to app features if needed to address abuse, fraud, or technical or security issues.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may include a free trial if one is offered at the time of purchase.
Billing is handled by Apple through the App Store, and subscription entitlement management is handled through RevenueCat.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before the renewal date. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period or trial period, unless Apple states otherwise.
Purchase restoration is available through the app's restore flow where supported.
Premium access is controlled by the subscription status returned by Apple and RevenueCat.
If premium access expires, premium features, including premium widget behavior and customization, may become unavailable or display an expired-access state until an active subscription is restored.
The app, including its design, software, and original compilation of content, is owned by or licensed to the operator of Stoic Widgets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.
App features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
The app may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, third-party outages, platform issues, or other causes outside our control.
The app is provided for informational and reflective purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the app will meet every expectation or requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the app after updated terms become effective means the updated terms will apply going forward.
