Stoic Widgets is operated by WIDGET WORKS LLP, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
By downloading, accessing, or using Stoic Widgets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Stoic Widgets is provided for personal reflection, quote discovery, reminders, wallpapers, and widget customization.
You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that harms the service or other users.
You can use the app without creating an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for the activity associated with your account on your device.
A web subscription must be connected to a signed-in Stoic Widgets account before premium access is granted. The secure activation link is proof of the web purchase. Once claimed, the subscription stays connected to that account unless support approves a transfer.
We may suspend or limit access to app features if needed to address abuse, fraud, or technical or security issues.
Our advertised web plans provide premium access to the Stoic Widgets app: $40 USD per year or a one-time $100 USD lifetime purchase. A $60 USD lifetime save offer may be presented to eligible customers. It provides the same lifetime access when offered. Applicable taxes and the total charge are shown before payment.
The annual web plan is charged immediately, has no free trial, and renews at $40 USD each year unless canceled before renewal. Lifetime plans are charged once and do not renew. Lifetime means access to the purchased premium features for the operating lifetime of Stoic Widgets; it does not include unrelated apps or separate products.
The payment provider or merchant of record is identified at checkout and on your receipt. Its applicable buyer and payment terms also apply. Paddle or Dodo Payments may handle a web purchase when offered at checkout; existing Razorpay purchases remain managed through Razorpay. RevenueCat manages premium entitlement status inside the app.
Cancel an annual web subscription using the management link in your purchase email or contact support at stoicismwidget@yahoo.com before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not itself refund a payment. See our Refund Policy.
App Store prices, trials, and billing terms are shown by Apple at purchase and may differ from web offers. Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account. Existing purchases retain their agreed billing terms unless a change is separately disclosed and authorized where required.
Purchase restoration is available through the app where supported. Web purchases must be linked to your signed-in app account to activate access.
Premium access is controlled by the verified purchase or subscription status from your payment provider and the matching entitlement maintained through RevenueCat.
If premium access expires, premium features, including premium widget behavior and customization, may become unavailable or display an expired-access state until an active subscription is restored.
The app, including its design, software, and original compilation of content, is owned by or licensed to the operator of Stoic Widgets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.
App features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
The app may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, third-party outages, platform issues, or other causes outside our control.
The app is provided for informational and reflective purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the app will meet every expectation or requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the app after updated terms become effective means the updated terms will apply going forward.
